1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KAIROX platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
KAIROX provides automated Bitcoin futures trading bot services. The Service connects to supported cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget) via API to execute trades on behalf of users based on pre-configured strategies. The Service does not hold, manage, or have access to user funds. All funds remain on the user's exchange account.
3. Subscription Plans
KAIROX offers the following paid plans: • Trader Plan: $79/month — Access to all standard strategy bots • Elite Plan: $199/month — Access to all standard + restricted high-yield bots All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your selected plan will be automatically billed. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate.
4. Free Trial & Billing
New users may start a 7-day free trial for any paid plan. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, subscriptions automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • Providing API keys with appropriate permissions (trade only, no withdrawal) • Understanding the risks of cryptocurrency futures trading • Monitoring your trading activity and account balance • Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
6. Risk Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. KAIROX does not provide financial advice. You acknowledge that: • Trading bots may incur losses • Market conditions can change rapidly • Stop-losses may not execute at the exact price in extreme conditions • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
7. Limitation of Liability
KAIROX is not responsible for: • Losses resulting from trading bot operations • Exchange-side issues including hacking, outages, or forced shutdowns • Losses due to incorrect API key configuration • Network or connectivity issues affecting trade execution The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. Upon termination, active bots will be stopped and open positions should be managed directly on your exchange.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
