Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Free Trial
All paid plans (Trader $79/month, Elite $199/month) include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features of your selected plan. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no payment is collected during the trial.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Subscription. Upon cancellation: • Your service continues until the end of the current billing period • No further charges will be made • Active bots will continue running until the billing period ends • You can reactivate your subscription at any time
3. Refund After Payment
Due to the nature of digital subscription services: • Payments are generally non-refundable after the billing cycle begins • Partial refunds are not available for unused portions of a billing period • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact support within 7 days of payment for review
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for: • Duplicate charges due to billing errors • Service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours • Unauthorized charges (with proper verification) To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account email and details of the issue.
5. Plan Changes
When upgrading plans: • You will be charged the prorated difference immediately • The new plan takes effect immediately When downgrading plans: • The change takes effect at the next billing cycle • You retain access to higher-tier features until then • No refund is issued for the remaining period
6. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions (Trader $790/year, Elite $1,990/year) are billed upfront. • Cancellation stops auto-renewal but does not trigger a refund for the remaining period • The service remains active until the annual period ends
